The purpose of chakra balancing is to support a balanced flow that will sustain our overall level of energy. Seven main energy centers house our physical, mental, and emotional strengths. Each chakra is part of the whole system. To help balance this system, find your center while standing. Breathe in through your nose and count to four; breathe out through your mouth and count to four. Repeat this breathing, focusing on each chakra from bottom to top.
