Herbal Tea Blend for Cancer

Happy Tummy!

Cancer rules the stomach. So if your Sun, Moon, or Rising is in Cancer, or you want soothe your stomach, here is a tea blend with ingredients that have been known to assist:

Steep:

~ 1 tablespoon Chamomile leaves

~ 1 tablespoon Ginger root – chopped or diced

~ Honey to taste

~ Squeeze of fresh lemon

in 8-12 ounces of boiling water.

Chamomile, ginger, and lemon are each known to be specifically helpful for the stomach.

Note that I only use and recommend organic herbs.  Also note that I am not a doctor so it is important for you to research each herb recommended to see possible contraindications for your situation. In general, take special caution and do extra research for anything before taking while pregnant or breastfeeding.

While herbal teas are sold extensively, easily accessed, and they are often safe, especially for occasional use, plants can be very potent, especially when used for a duration of time, and education is recommended to ensure safety for you and whomever you may be serving.

If you are using this blend for stomach pain, do know that sometimes this pain can be a sign of an ailment more serious than just indigestion so do your due diligence to follow up as necessary with your qualified health practitioner if discomfort or pain persist.
