Virgo – November 2022

The Sun brightens your 3rd house of mobility this month bringing a whirlwind of activity.  Keeping balance may be a bit tougher this month as your list of activities, events, and other projects builds.

The 3rd house rules travel so you may find yourself on the road more than usual or catching a plane, boat, train, or bus to adventures, obligations, or both. You also may find yourself not traveling but planning a future trip.

The Sun in this placement brings focus to your communication sector so you may find you are chatting it up more than usual and that opportunities for social (online and in-person) abound.  This transit definitely brings an increase in likelihood of a very fun and busy social calendar, which even if it isn’t ‘in person’ events, could take place through online gatherings or other virtual connections. Reconnecting with old friends, relatives, and acquaintances, or making new friends, are all more likely at this time.

Also, opportunities to improve your personal communication style to be more effective and productive could come up in a big way.  Any books, classes, or other resources on improving communication to create win-wins is very favorable now. 

The area lit up for you know also rules information: the taking in of it and the sharing of it. Anything notable in these areas are fair game to be brought into the forefront. Education and research projects are well-supported at this time.

Writing, editing, publishing, or other projects involving sharing information may come into focus now.  It is amazing time for editing, reworking, finishing projects already in process.

Your communication devices, transportation equipment (cars, bikes, etc.), and other electronics are more likely to be on the fritz at this time. If you really have to buy a new one, just research the product carefully and read the fine print. Getting insurance or extra warranties may be extra supportive at this time (also read these agreements carefully).

Things involving siblings, cousins, aunts and uncles (basically relatives that aren’t your parents or kids) may come into focus now from this transit. Don’t be surprised to have some notable contact from one of these relatives and if you have the urge to check in with one or more of them, following that urge may prove quite timely.  

The Sun’s transit here can show us things that have to be adjusted in a certain sector of life but alternatively can show us things that are great in that area and can bring wonderful opportunities.   

November 2022 continues with the heat of the eclipse “season” that began in early September. The bubbling up of manifestations from the Scorpio Solar Eclipse at 2° on October 25 and Taurus Lunar Eclipse at 16° on November 8 are likely to start to surface even in September as “eclipse season” begins around 4-6 weeks BEFORE the actual eclipses start. Eclipse season tends to bring non-negotiable endings, exciting new beginnings, profound spiritual transformation, and surprising trajectory shifts. Drama, anxiety, insomnia, and feelings of profound changes afoot are all things that we tend to experience more notably as eclipse season deepens. The effects of the October eclipse will also echo throughout November and into December.

The tides are still strongly flowing inward and backward as we officially started Mars retrograde October 30. Dealing with things that come in to you on the tides, clearing up unfinished business, editing or revising, and leaving space for last minute magic. Look out for sudden surprise opportunities ( I like to call this “Last-Minute Magic”) that tend to arise during the retro times. 

Scorpio energies bring focus to the partnership sectors for all signs. The questions and answers to what is on your mind right now may have important pieces within people close to you and others who may come in at this time. Issues or sweetness can come back from the past, you may not to pick which comes in but it is of utmost important to deal with what comes to you instead of trying to force progress in any area of life. Finances, including shared money (like with spouse, partner, government, institution, etc) are also a top priority.

Sagittarius energies take over as dominant in the second half of November. The heavy emotion opens up into inspiration and action. Topics like writing, publishing, travel, languages and cultures, international business and immigration are all more likely to take front and center. Buoyancy, hope and enthusiasm get a boost with the Sagittarius placements and the moving direct of its ruler, Jupiter, on November 23. This direct movement will bring life back into many  projects that started to wilt in July.

Mars in Gemini brings fun relief in your busy schedule and just enough distraction for you to return refreshed to your list of things to do. If you are a writer or are otherwise creating spoken, written, or other crafts, you will be highly creative and soar through your projects. Working in short spurts might help you to be the most productive.
