Sagittarius – February 2023

The Sun brightens your 3rd house of mobility this month bringing a whirlwind of activity.  Keeping balance may be a bit tougher this month as your list of activities, events, and other projects builds.

The 3rd house rules travel so you may find yourself on the road more than usual or catching a plane, boat, train, or bus to adventures, obligations, or both. You also may find yourself not traveling but planning a future trip.

The Sun in this placement brings focus to your communication sector so you may find you are chatting it up more than usual and that opportunities for social (online and in-person) abound.  This transit definitely brings an increase in likelihood of a very fun and busy social calendar, which even if it isn’t ‘in person’ events, could take place through online gatherings or other virtual connections. Reconnecting with old friends, relatives, and acquaintances, or making new friends, are all more likely at this time.

Also, opportunities to improve your personal communication style to be more effective and productive could come up in a big way.  Any books, classes, or other resources on improving communication to create win-wins is very favorable now. 

The area lit up for you know also rules information: the taking in of it and the sharing of it. Anything notable in these areas are fair game to be brought into the forefront. Education and research projects are well-supported at this time.

Writing, editing, publishing, or other projects involving sharing information may come into focus now.  It is amazing time for editing, reworking, finishing projects already in process.

Your communication devices, transportation equipment (cars, bikes, etc.), and other electronics may be on your radar for an upgrade. This is a time that is more clear in the stars for making these types of purchases.

Things involving siblings, cousins, aunts and uncles (basically relatives that aren’t your parents or kids) may come into focus now from this transit. Don’t be surprised to have some notable contact from one of these relatives and if you have the urge to check in with one or more of them, following that urge may prove quite timely.  

The Sun’s transit here can show us things that have to be adjusted in a certain sector of life but alternatively can show us things that are great in that area and can bring wonderful opportunities.   

February 2023 through early April 2023 is a magical time when any progress that seemed slow for many months, can race forward at top speed and positive changes can occur surprisingly quickly. Not only are the personal planets (Mercury, Venus, and Mars) direct, ALL the OUTER PLANETS are also ALL DIRECT! This is a very rare time in the cosmos. Things that were delayed for months or even years, can manifest in days.

We are still on a break from the heat of the eclipse seasons. Enjoy it because starting in March, the waters of eclipse season start to bubble up again. The Taurus/Scorpio eclipse cycle will begin again and a new polarity, Aries/Libra, will also start up.

Capricorn energies continue for the first third or so of the month can bring great focus and powers of perseverance. If you have to do something tedious any time soon (like taxes!), now could be a great time to harness the diligence you need to get numbers in order. If you are wanting to take on something else that requires organization or persistence, these Cap energies can help. Getting down to business and taking care of practical matters is another great way to use these energies. You also may be putting the final touches on a MAJOR launch or some other major chapter is about to begin and you can use this energy to help you take care of the strategic parts of the project, making sure all is ready for the push forward that is happening now.

Strong Aquarius energies from the Sun and Mercury bring in important connections with others and community efforts. Many social opportunities will pop up, as will chances to connect with neighbors or to attend local events. Internet-based activities may start taking center stage and networking can yield especially amazing results. Networking can be especially fruitful at this time. Others may hold important keys to your project or plans so saying YES when someone wants to introduce you to someone else, if your intuition says its a go, may be a very good idea.

Mars in Gemini brings fun relief in your busy schedule and just enough distraction for you to return refreshed to your list of things to do. If you are a writer or are otherwise creating spoken, written, or other crafts, you will be highly creative and soar through your projects. Working in short spurts might help you to be the most productive. Now that Mars is direct, topics you have been vacillating about may start to become more clear as to which option to choose.

Pisces energies from Venus through most of the month and the Sun starting around February 19, bring in opportunities for rest and retreat amidst the flurry of activity from the other placements. Taking some time to commune with nature or connect deeply with others in a quiet, private place, can bring great restoration. Art projects or spiritual studies are also well-supported by these placements.

Aries energy bursts in through Venus’ movement later in the month and is well-buoyed by Jupiters’ presence. These placements, plus the glorious event of all the planets going direct, all point towards ACTION. It is a time truly blessed for important things to be carried forth.
