Gemini – April 2023

The Sun lights up your 11th house this month, bringing with it a flurry of social and networking opportunities.  Event invites (live and online), will likely roll in, bringing fantastic networking potential and new or deepened friendships and group affiliations.  It is a great time to be out (or in) and connecting with others (as circumstances allow). Key new relationships may come in at this time and also people from the past could come return.

This transit also favors group and team activities of all kinds. All virtual and live connections, and group and team potentials burn bright at this time. Whether you are the leader of the group or an invitee, power is in numbers for you this month.  Getting to better understand social media as it relates to you or your business interests is a great idea right now.

Checking up on internet and communication security and privacy is a great idea now.  You may be surprised to see what information is public that you don’t want to be that way.  Appropriately adjusting privacy settings and securing document and device back-up are top on my list for you now.

This is a great time to evaluate and appropriately tweak your relationship with technology and social media. There may be opportunities to address issues with your relationship to friends, social circles, and social media at this time and you may decide to take a break from some of it.  This is a great time for that but do stay open to other ways Spirit is trying to connect you with others at this time since this time holds such great potential for important connections with people who may hold keys to your goals.

The topic of online dating or people you know trying to set you up with someone is lit up at this time.  Also, someone you know may try to connect you with someone for other reasons besides dating, like a work-related project or something else you need help with or that you could help someone with. 

The dating scene could be very lively now.  Someone from the past could resurface on a romantic level, or you could go to new levels with your current partner. New love could also come in now.

Community events and projects and networking (in person as circumstances allow, or online) may also take center stage.  This is a fantastic time to connect with people with whom you find resonance and discuss the possibilities of working together for a shared vision in the future. If a friend or acquaintance wants to offer to connect you with someone they think can help you, it may be perfect to say yes! Follow your intuition with opportunities that come your way to tune into your perfect timing.

This area accentuated for you this month rules inventions and forward-thinking/futuristic ideas.  It can be a fantastic time for researching copyrights, patents, and other things like this.

Internet-based projects are in this sector, too, and many an online connection will pop up.  If you have been needing to up your internet presence or want to make your burst into online work, or things having to do with websites or other web-based projects, this month is great for researching, working in the back drop or experimenting with shifts to things you already are doing. The study and practice of Astrology is connected to the 11th house which is lit up for you now. You may notice an increase in interest in Astrology or that helpful resources show up to assist you in your studies or practice during this time.

The 11th house is also the house of your BIG DREAMS, not the ones you have at night, but the ones you have for the future.  When the Sun lights up this sector of your chart, it is called your Granddaddy Power Period and you get 40 wishes! (according to brilliant astrologer, Jan Spiller)

Write them down, say them out loud, and most importantly, FEEL them as if they have already come true. You can create your wish something like this ~ I am so glad that this ….. (add in the thing you desire) has come to fruition in a magical way.  This puts the focus on the wish ALREADY HAVE COME TRUE which helps your subconscious mind to create it so 🙂

February 2023 through April 7, 2023 is a magical time when any progress that seemed slow for many months, can race forward at top speed and positive changes can occur surprisingly quickly. Not only are the personal planets (Mercury, Venus, and Mars) direct, ALL the OUTER PLANETS are also ALL DIRECT! This is a very rare time in the cosmos. Things that were delayed for months or even years, can manifest in days. March and April are extra special in the way that there is a TON of Aries energy which amps up the direct forward motion radically. This is a rare time where new beginnings are supremely supported and things that were blocked for months or even years can race forward at lightning speed.

After April 7, we start the slide into the inward and backward flow of Mercury retrograde. This is the critical point where the tides that had been flowing out, start flowing in. Changes to plans, schedule shifts, uncertainty, confusion, appliances, devices, and vehicles going haywire, blocks to planning ahead, miscommunications, and major focus on past events and people become the norm for this time. It can be an amazing time for clearing up unfinished business, reveling in what you have created/enjoying the fruits of your labors, fun connections with people you don’t usually get to connect with often, and my favorite, “last-minute magic”. The more you keep your schedule as open as possible, the less rescheduling you will have to do when plans inevitably shift and the more space you have to say YES to wonderful offers and invites that come out-of-the-blue.

The heat of eclipse season IS FULL ON in April and May. The Taurus/Scorpio eclipse cycle and a new polarity, Aries/Libra, are revving up to full heat. Change is in the air! Major goodbye’s and brilliant hello’s may be in store soon. A New Moon/Solar Eclipse Black Moon Eclipse in Aries on April 19/20 starts a new cycle of initiation that goes from now through 2025. 

Aries energy takes center stage exploding into a full fire festival with 10 planets/events in Aries, including the Black Moon Eclipse. Inspiration, motivation, impetus, excitement, zest, ambition, all soar to new heights. Along with these awesome potentials, we could see an increase in aggression, arguments, recklessness, impulsivity, and impatience.

Taurus starts to share the spotlight with Aries bringing great help through grounding and focus. The fiery excess from so much Aries is well-tempered by level-headed Taurus practicality, caution and discipline.

Mars in finally recently changed signs after being in Gemini for 7 months! Cancer is the new focus and obsessive Mars will bring passionate attention to home, family, housing, real estate, home business, moves, and our inner world.
