Herbal Tea Blend for Sagittarius

LOVE YOUR LIVER!

Sagittarius rules the liver.  Your liver does more work than ever clearing your body of toxins that sneak in through the air, water, food, body products, and more. Sagittarius transits, aspects, or placements of any time can suggest more focus on loving your mega toxin filtering organ. So whether it is a New Moon, Full Moon, or any other phase of a Sagittarius Moon, or the Sun is in Sagittarius, you have prominent Sagittarius placements in your chart, or you are just in need of a detox, this herbal tea blend is perfect!

Here are some herbs to use alone or together that flow perfectly with this Sagittarius/Liver connection:

Steep:

~ 1 Tablespoon Milk Thistle
~ 1 Tablespoon Dandelion Root
~ 1 Tablespoon Burdock Root

in 16 oz of pure hot water.  You can make this recipe by the cup or you can decrease or increase by equal increments to make different quantities. I like to brew this recipe in a 16 oz mason jar and sip throughout the day.

Note that I only use and recommend organic herbs.  Also note that I am not a doctor so it is important for you to research each herb recommended to see possible contraindications for your situation.  While herbal teas are sold extensively, easily accessed, and they are often safe, especially for occasional use, plants can be very potent, especially when used for a duration of time, and education is recommended to ensure safety for you and whoever you may be serving.
