Making the Most of the Sun Transiting through Capricorn ~ DISCIPLINE

The Sun makes its movement through Capricorn every year from around December 22 through around January 19.

By focusing on key energies of Capricorn during the time of the Sun’s transit, we can better use the energetic potentials available to us.

One such keyword for Capricorn is DISCIPLINE. By focusing on the energy of discipline at this time of year we can reach a deeper and more functional relationship with using it in our lives.

Here are some things it is great to use discipline to do during this time of the year:

~ Your taxes! Even though they’re not due, at least in the United States, until the middle of April, when the sun is moving through Capricorn we have available to us extra energy for the discipline and focus it takes to work with numbers.

~ Write or revise a business or other plan ~  Capricorn energy is among the best of all the zodiac for attending to the details of the business or any other plan.

~  Get in touch with your ambitions and goals ~ Capricorn energy is among the most ambitious of the zodiac, so asking the question what do you really want to accomplish in life is a great thing to do, especially at this time of year.

~  Begin or deepen exercise, diet, meditation, or other health practices ~ These areas of life can be really need the discipline that Capricorn energy is most known for.

~ Create or revise a budget ~ for the same reason that working on taxes at this time is a good idea, anything else involving numbers like a budget is wonderful to do at this time.

~ Delegate ~ delegation is a magical gift of a being a good manager (another trait that Capricorn is known for).  Figuring out what has to be done and then organizing a plan that includes what you will do and what needs to be delegated out is great work for this time of year.
